FAQ

  • What should I expect during a session?

We'll work together to sort, edit, and organize your space. I guide the decisions, handle the physical work, and make sure you feel supported—not judged—every step of the way.

Do I need to be home during sessions?

It's up to you. Some clients prefer to be present for decision-making, while others feel more comfortable stepping away. We'll figure out what works best for you during our consultation.

How long does a project take?

It depends! Every home, client, and situation is different. Timing is influenced by your involvement, emotional readiness, and the scope of what we're tackling together. The best way to understand how we'll work together and get a realistic timeline is to schedule a free consultation.

Can you help with just one room?

Absolutely. Whether it's one drawer, one room, or your entire home, I'm here to help. We'll discuss your priorities during our consultation and create a plan that fits your needs.

    What does "home concierge" mean?

I go beyond just organizing. While we're creating systems and clearing clutter, I also help with the tasks that keep getting pushed to the bottom of your list—donation drop-offs, hanging pictures, expired medication disposal, unfinished projects, and more. I'm here to help streamline your life, whether that's organizing, laundry systems, meal planning, or tackling those nagging to-dos that create mental clutter.

Do you work in homes with pets?

I prefer it! If you have other pets or any special considerations, let me know during our consultation so I can plan (and pack treats) accordingly.
